Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Opening an account and playing on noebet is permitted only for those aged 21 or above. You will need to confirm your age at the time of account registration. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and any such account will be permanently closed.

Warning: If a person under the age of 21 creates an account using false information, all funds deposited and winnings in that account will be forfeited.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

noebet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period (12 months or more) may be subject to an administrative fee or the account may be closed. We will attempt to notify you by email before inactivity measures are applied.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on noebet is ৳500. We accept deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit or to a verified method.

Withdrawal Timeframe: All withdrawal requests are targeted to be completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Complex verification cases may take somewhat longer.

4.3 Transaction Terms

  • All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
  • No additional fees are charged for deposits or withdrawals.
  • If there is an active bonus, wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
  • Withdrawals may be suspended if a fraudulent transaction is suspected.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

noebet offers new members a 120% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200 and a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳34,000 gives a bonus of ৳20,000 and a total balance of ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a bonus of ৳1,200, you must place ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing.

Wagering Calculation: Not all game bets count equally toward wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for specific games will be detailed on the promotions page.

5.3 Bonus Policy

  • Each user is eligible for only one welcome bonus.
  • Wagering must be completed within a set time from the date the bonus is received.
  • Bonus funds cannot be transferred to any other account.
  • If a fraudulent or manipulative betting pattern is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • In any dispute related to bonuses, noebet's decision will be considered final.

5.4 VIP Program

noebet's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level offers weekly cashback — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, 0.8% at Platinum, and 1.0% at Diamond. noebet reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Policy

A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or changed. If a bet is disrupted due to a technical error, noebet reserves the right to void those bets. Attempting to place profitable bets by exploiting technical glitches may result in bonus forfeiture.

6.2 Result Disputes

6.3 Maximum Win Limits
